As a health coach, I help inspire people looking to rewire or retire to find peace from inflammation and pain naturally, taking them from pain to peace through access to lab testing and protocols to improve their health behaviors so that they can feel better (less pain), move better (less inflammation), and live better (a more active and engaged life). Services are provided online through a HIPAA protected platform to provide clients with access to their lab test results and health record. Zoom meetings provide a protected platform for online coaching sessions.
